Manchester Pacific Gateway is a four-city block development in downtown San Diego. The site is bounded by Broadway to the North, Pacific Highway to the East and Harbor Drive to the South and West.

The total above grade new construction area is 2.9 million square-feet and includes a 1.9-acre civic park, a 27-story office tower, a 29-story 1,200-room

convention hotel, an eight-story commercial office, a 351,000-square-foot built-to-suit Navy Administration Building, a six-story commercial office and an 11-story, 190-room boutique hotel.

The project also includes subterranean parking within a two-level parking structure with approximately 2,896 spaces.
